Yes you got it ....... will start ABOUT 1 PM after GM logs in. Expecting battle to begin about 1:30

YES the arena is big enough ...... its about 3 times the size of the Bazaar arena, if not more.

Hope to see you there!

So what's the possibility of having a future event where we do battle by class. Bards against bards, etc.? I think we might have enough in each class and Level layer to do this.....

Good Eye Corinth ......

lvl 20 people will be in group 2

Group 2 should read Level 20 - 35

Thanks for pointing that out!

BTW the event kicks off TOMORROW at 1 PM PACIFIC TIME

For the time impaired refer to the following:

  • East Coast time = 4pm
  • Central time = 3 PM
  • Mountain time = 2 PM
  • Hawaii time = 10 AM
  • If you are in a different time zone than the ones listed you will need to figure out the time for your self .... its too dang early for me, and I need more Red Bull! ( Energy Drink for those that dont know )

See you all tomorrow I hope !!

I took a jaunt out to the arena yesterday to see what the layout was... Where are spectator gonna be located?

There is a wall that incircles the whole pvp area but no place for folks to watch, unless they climb the spire. I could not find a way to climb to the top of the wall either, which would have been the best place to view the madness.

Might i suggest you make suggestions for the peanut gallery as to the best possible audience viewing...

Gonna sing my way to victory!

Well there is a few options.

Dont forget about camera angles ... you can sit outside the wall, press F9 a few times, and angle the camera just so, to see inside the circle.

You can sit at the end of the double doors, just outside the PVP area, and watch.

If you can get a Levitate, then you can climb the spires and sit on the wall to watch. ( Contestants currently in battle are forbidden from climbing the spires, doing so will cause you to be disqualified. Therefore only spectators should be on the spires or walls )

I think the best bet, is going to be the camera angle thing though.

I can't make it due to family concerns, which is a bummer

But I hope you get a MASSIVE turnout and a) have a blast, and b) show the GM that Al'Kabor knows how to throw a party.

Good luck all.

(hey Khama - isn't Hawaii only two hours behind Pacific?)

I used to work a job, with lots of Hawaii contacts. They were always 3 hours behind us. Dunno about the daylight savings thingy in Hawaii though. Someone from Hawaii correct me if I am wrong.

lol - a couple Hawaii contacts here too for work.

I'm pretty sure it is two hours behind Pacific now, but Hawaii does not observe Daylight Savings Time, so on April 4th they will return to being 3 hours ahead.

Same with Central here in Canada anyway, they skip the whole DST thingy, so they will only be 1 hour ahead as of the 4th.

Do we have any players from Hawaii an Al'Kabor?
