100k is good for such an easy epic. I recently did a full MQ of a monk epic to a level 7 monk (he's now level 30 and still can't click, what a gyp)!

The hardest part is the robe quest. Everything else is cake.

Update, very few bites so far. I guess no one wants to do this thing either. I'll wait another 2 days or so then probably start the quest on my own. (I'm not looking for an instant MQ, rather somebody who will commit to the quest. Hopefully that someone does not end up being me =)

A lot of the folks that can box this fairly easily have no need of plat. Your best bet may be to offer to pay for an MQ for the Robe of the Lost Circle and possibly the Chardok Pipe. When you boil it down, the monk epic primarily consists of three key camps: (i) Robe of the Lost Circle, (ii) Chardok pipe and (iii) Kunark pipe. When I did the monk epic, by far the longest and most frustrating camp was the Robe of the Lost Circle. You get sick and tired of chasing Zephyl and his PH's on six minute timers. If you can knock that one out, the rest aren't too bad.
