Undead skeletons in Dreadlands, also undead spectres in Qeynos Catacombs.

Too bad Pane's not around to answer this one; he did a lot of tank'n'spank undead soloing when he was leveling up. I think Aerili's right, though, that with buffs and your summoned proc hammer, along with your undead nukes and dots, you could do some real damage in the Dreadlands or certain camps in Karnor's.

If you're looking for a more dungeony atmosphere, City of Mist also has a lot of undead in your level range. Likewise for the Tower of Frozen Shadow and Castle Mistmoore, though those zones are probably better explored in a group. Lots of casters and trains.

I forget exactly what lvl they are, but the spectre camp in the middle of Oasis is pretty soloable and easy to get to. My paladin soloed there for a few lvls when I played on Live side. You can also kill the occasional sand giant if you get bored and look for the giant crock, Lockjaw! One of my favorite zones...

A cleric can pretty much rule Lower Guk - just move in deeper. You can also fear the undead in Echo, including The Taskmaster, which you can fear to the zone line than simply nuke him down as he tries to get away. The skelly spires in Dreadlands (hidden side) are good to 49 or so. Another favourite spot is the graveyard in Katta. Step on the graves to spawn the corpses then either root-rot or fear them. Lots of vendors nearby there too. It's a pretty good spot. There are also coterie and shades in Katta, and in Tenebrous and Maiden's Eye. The vampyre castle in Tenebrous is particularly good as you get a little older.

Ooh yeah, TM vamps are a great spot for clerics. Probably not until 60+ though, ya?

On this, I would recommend Katta Graveyard. The mobs spawn one at a time more or less (the occassional two) and you'll be pretty close to a zone-line if ever you should need to bail. You also get the benefits of having a city around you that won't help you kill the zombies, but will buy any goods you get off of them or give you access to a bank whenever you need it. The downsides of course are that Katta is somewhat remote and, because you're on the moon, the mobs do have more HP than you may want to deal with, but it was a spot where I leveled my Cleric in the forties (because he tanks now, I needed to keep his Defense skill high).

Of course if you wanna kill mobs dead fast and with ease, there's no better spot than the jump-off point of the Combine Empire in the Dreadlands. You can single pull the skeletons, kill both roamers that spawn, sell your wares to the local Iksar, and be somewhat near Karnor's Castle if you ever hear of a group forming up there. Plus you're near port-in locations, so you can get quick travel to/from.

A little further down the road (Like mid/high-50s or so), you can go to the bottom of The Hole and solo the undead in the giant tower down there. It's not bad exp, even in the low-60s, I think. The downsides are it's tricky getting down there and it's a tough CR if you die. A cleric wrote a guide on how they did it, but I think it's doable at lower levels on our server. Higher level gear is just more easily accessible on our server and spells are way way easier to come by (Unless you're looking for Marzin's Mark).

Just make a baby Brell's cleric and stash her down in the hole in case you die.

If you have your undead DoT I remember doing CoM with my old cleric in classic era solo.
