Yep that looks spot on (I always think of the tier 1 zones as tier 0, hence the ambiguity in my post).

Looks about right. Yes, Torment is 55 for level access. Missing BoT from Tier 3 (level 62 or flag from PoStorms quest).

Access to Tactics at level 60 is likely to be missing from the data Hobart's using for this update. Might take a little tinkering.

From what I remember on live ...


Tier One - Anyone level 46+

Tier Two - Level 46+ if flagged / if not flagged level 55+

Tier Three - Level 46+ if flagged / if not flagged level 62+ (this adjustment was implemented later on live, at first, you HAD to be flagged regardless, if you wanted to access Tier 3 Zones) - Cannot confirm whether or not a level 60 can zone into some zones on Al Kabor (for obvious reasons - Yet ...)

Tier Three (HoHB and Tower of Solusek Ro) - Flagged and level 55+ (I wasn't able to zone in to those with my monk and pal on live)

Tier Four - Need to be flagged (and can be accessed for sure if flagged by level 52+)

Tier Five - Need to be flagged and level 65 (I know because my monk and pal on live wasn't able to zone in, even though they both had all key pieces)


I also remember I had to level my monk and pal to level 55 to be able to make ornate armor, and when I de-levelled them, they could still wear their armor (just had to be 55+ to get the mold to combine with)

I have a 52 warrior and a 50 cleric, both fully Elemental Planes flagged. If one wanted to, they could get a level 46 toon fully flagged as well. No need to be 55+ AND flagged here....just flagged.

Regarding the Ornate armor...

Leveling from 52 to 55 sucks...plain and simple! LOL If it didn't suck so bad, I would have leveled them both up for the ornate. My warrior is my Naggy/Vox tank, and my cleric is just my rez bot I wanted available in the EP's.

Yeah, I remember ... however the armor (BP) was well worth it imho ... - Besides, you can easily PL those levels with a level 65 ...

When did access to the Tower of Tower of Solusek Ro change to a quest reward?? Wasn't a flag just opened up the zone for people to try something new for experience.
