Just checked and apparently he's not on the normal seven day respawn for Kunarkian dragons. Not surprising since he's also not on the normal three day spawn from server up either.

Kill number 3 today. Fay dropped Shield of the Water Dragon (first on the server I think), Selo's Drums of the Marchx2, Kavruul's Mystic Pouch, and Water Dragon Scales that don't seem to have a purpose. Also a couple of spells and the druid Pod of Seawater that he drops every time.
