EQMac.com

Under *subscriptions* in the *My Account* page on SOEs website, does EQ mac and EQ appear two different subscriptions? If so I mistakingly activated the wrong account haha.

Is anyone having issues with SOE support? I cant get a key due to their website being fubar so I've petitioned and also PMed the guy in charge of the keys...


Looks like it's going to be a long hard road before I venture into Norrath once again

Hey there ... It won't be a long and rough road back to EQ if you just suck it up and call Sony Support on the phone. The on-line support does indeed leave much to be desired, but all that changes once you push the buttons and talk to an actual person there. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. They understood my frustration trying to activate an EQMac account and solved all of my problems quickly and efficiently. They aren't open today (Sunday) but I'm sure if you give them a call Monday morning you will be playing EQ within the hour. Maybe you'll get lucky and even get to talk to Stephenie B ... She was Great.
