looks like my ISP blocking the port to howling stones now my both char tobe and barhoom stuck in that zone. and I want to request port changing for that zone if possible in future so i can enjoy it.

Besides waiting for server reset - 2 weeks is a long time to wait to be able to use your characters - you can file a petition with Sony to get your characters out and reset the zone. There is a sticky post on how to file a petition in this forum.
