Someone may have suggested this before... it may be buried somewhere down the list of posts but I couldn't find it... And being new here I thought I would toss in a suggestion. On my old server boards they had a board for each class. Was rather nice as it was a place where each class could ask questions about quests or equipment choices and other general class related questions.

the ruling has been each time that we have enough forums and that class specific ones would be underused. i suppose you could make class specific topics in help forum, but mostly folks go to the class related sites for info.

Hey Glitch, nice suggestion. I noticed that on the PC boards as well. In fact, I have gone there to read some of the posts on my class.

Alot of the suggestions on this forum direct the classes to the dedicated class websites, for example...eqdruids.com

But, I think that having it here would certainly be nice to address certain class questions, sort of a band-aid for class concerning questions that pop up!

Mmm. Interesting. How about 3 new sections? One for melee classes, one for casters and one for hybrids? Not my idea, I saw it somewhere else. It may work, on this server.

We also need to keep in mind that because we are several expansions behind the PC servers, some of the info on their websites does not apply. It would be nice to have a place where we can highlight the differences.

Oh yeah! My favorite part is when people who don't play a monk post answers to questions with the assumption that I know as much about playing a monk as they do (i.e. little or nothing), and post answers that don't really address the specific issue that I brought up. I am not hopeful that a monk-specific forum will resolve this.
