nope, i asked last week and they still aren't doing them... i know as a fact other people have asked in the last month, and were told they haven't been doing transfers for a few months now.

I made a thread about this a week or so ago, darc. I made numerous calls/support tickets/live chat orders. Most of the time I was given the answer, "At the current time, we are not doing any character Xfers and there is no ETA." When I was on the phone with one of the staff members, they almost made it sound like they might never be available again, but this is just speculation on my part. In either case, they claim the program they use for the billing for xfers is messed up and that is why they will not do any xfers right now. I was finally granted a complimentary xfer, probably due to the fact that I kept bugging them and they wanted me off their back.

have they already done your "free" transfer, or is it still pending until they are "able to do them again"?

Who did you call/email?

I would love to have my cleric... I bet he's still in Velious Raid gear or maybe PoP. I played a bit last expansion so not sure how they would handle having some of that gear?

The transfers he's referring to are account to account on THIS server. There are no transfers from the PC server to AK.
