I just wanted to post a new topic so everyone could share what they are doing while the server is down!!! Personally I don't mind the break, it has given me a chance to get some help cleaning up around the house!!! BUT, as many of you know my "other half" is an EQ player also, no wait he is an EQ ADDICT and I believe he may LOSE HIS MIND!!! I will keep you posted on his condition!!! hahaha!!!

I desperately need the time I was planning to fritter away on EQ this evening to make some headway on this stack of papers I'm supposed to be grading and get some research of my own done (I learned today that a special collection I desperately need access to is going to be inaccessible for much of the summer due to a construction project).

So, naturally, I went for a run and am catching up on blog posts and trolling EQMac while making risotto.

Hopefully the server will still be down tomorrow and I can get something accomplished then ...

Well it wouldn't be a normal evening without me sitting on my tush in front of the computer....I cleaned a ton of old PMs out of my Temerity inbox and outbox. I would normally have had a ton of regular emails to get rid of (I save everything, or rather I fail to delete anything.) But I have a pretty fresh email box since the death of my G5 in January. So that didn't take a horribly long time to take care of. It's more a problem of inaction than it is a deliberate saving of stuff.

SO IS THE DANG SERVER UP YET? HOW ABOUT NOW? ARE WE THERE YET?

Work and now is a great time to xfer files off my powerbook wipe the drive and reload a fresh OS 10.5, charger, and a new apple keyboard so when the server comes up raiding will go smooth. That is if the hackers didn't take all the Vex gear with our personal info...
